1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

BroadEarn provides a platform for the purchase, sale, and redistribution of unused user traffic. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration:
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it if it changes.

3.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at  info@broadearn.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or other policies, or for any other lawful reason, at our sole discretion.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities, including trafficking in stolen content, data, or credentials.

• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or use the Services without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content:
The Services and all materials provided therein—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—are owned or licensed by BroadEarn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

5.2 User-Generated Content:
If you submit or post content to the Services (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or other policies, or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and we may deactivate or delete your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
